I'm gonna have to spend some time working out how this happened. Hopefully Bill Pepper will respond soon.

Maybe he needs to hold a street party outside the polka dot dress girl's house if he is correct in his assertion that she has been identified.

Everything Pepper touches turns to shit.

And on it goes ...

"[Y]ou can't blame the innocent, they are always guiltless. All you can do is control them or eliminate them. Innocence is a kind of insanity." -- Graham Greene, The Quiet American

"If an individual, through either his own volition or events over which he had no control, found himself taking up residence in a country undefined by flags or physical borders, he could be assured of one immediate and abiding consequence. He was on his own, and solitude and loneliness would probably be his companions unto the grave." -- James Lee Burke, Rain Gods

a wind has blown the rain away and blown
the sky away and all the leaves away,
and the trees stand. i think i too have known
autumn too long

Too much invested in the patsy fable for LAPD or LASO or the Judicial Empires built there upon to ever admit the reality of aiding the conspiracy.

Dr. Noguchi blew the case against Sirhan to bullshit in 1969. We know it. The Enemy knows it.

Corrupt courts are nothing new.

Too many "careers" of assholes to be protected. Too large an Empire to be allowed to corrupt everything.

Ever known a lawyer worthy of respect?

Only two, neither of them part of the corrupt game nor a "Corporate Punk", hence not "wealthy" nor judged successful to some.

But their discard of life is better than the product of the "law School empires of theft".

Noguchi showed Sirhan didn't shoot RFK behind from in front.

Forty-six years of AID/LAPD suppression.

Oh, and Lee didn't shoot JFK in front from behind--especially since he wasn't behind and didn't shoot anybody.

A nation that slept through the Vietnam War and the Iraq War and the Afghan War will not awaken for the "three-year war" against ISIS--

I am attempting to set up an interview with Sirhan who is jailed within 15 miles of my location in San Diego. I will let you know if / when I am able to see him.

Disappointed to hear this but not surprised. What in the world is it going to take for the truth to get a fair shake?

Thanks Greg,

I second the hope you can see the man.

Sounds largely like "hoop-jumping" time to arrange that approval.

If I know anything about the Bureaucracy.

The Turner & Christian, Klaber & Melanson, Shane O'Sullivan provide the Noguchi analysis excluding Sirhan, and the latter, the acoustic evidence of thirteen shots, five from the H & R 922 such as Cesar lied he'd sold.

The Pease two-parter is a useful backgrounder:

Sirhan and the RFK Assassination
Part I: The Grand Illusion

http://www.realhisto... Lisa Pease.htm

Sirhan and the RFK Assassination
Part II: Rubik's Cube

http://www.realhisto... Lisa Pease.htm

Mangan has shown some of the ballistic chicanery.

The too-many-bullets scenario was buried with the destruction of evidence, much as the inconvenient pictures of Scott Enyart.

The hypnotic scenario is highly likely.

The initial defense sabotage is typical of that of Ray.

Claims by Moldea in his 1995 screed are refuted by Sirhan's brother Adel present during interviews.

Leamer claimed in 2006 that his "very good friend" had disproved the second gun--his "friend" being Moldea, while Leamer was lying he was writing a bio of Safra, billionaire banker dead under suspicious circumstances December 3, 1999, to protect the Russian launderers of eight billion and the subsequent sale of Safra's Republic to HSBC.

Maher was a former Ranger with psychological problems no doubt caused by those who placed him in Safra's Monaco penthouse.

The Castle will not give up The Prisoner.

Can the mind be unlocked?

One look at the handiwork of AID/LAPD Pena and Hernandez, the lies of Moldea, the destruction of evidence, the Noguchi analysis and we see state murder.

Again.
