"Somebody changed that ... suspect it was Colonel Prusakova ... MVD colonel ... instead changed to go to the States ... this is what shocked everybody, how could [LHO] ... so quickly after defecting ... go straight back to the States?"

Asked another way:  How could an MVD colonel facilitate the return to the U.S. of a notorious (within the intelligence community) defector -- false or otherwise?

Answer: Via the intercession of "a treasonous cabal of hard-line American and Soviet intelligence agents whose masters were above Cold War differences."

Greg, this might be a bit off topic, but I heard someone say Hemming worked at Kleins Sporting Goods well before 1963 (allegedly said so on his CIA application) or he allegedly had "dealings" with KSG. What can you say about this?

Yes, it is true. He did write down, "Klein's Sporting Goods" as a past employer on his CIA "application" -- if you can call it that. Needless to say, Klein's was more than it appeared to be on the surface. Perhaps it was a CIA false front proprietary.

Greg, if that is true, then that is all the information anyone needs to understand that Oswald was being set-up, IMO.

There must have been thousands of arms dealers in the US at the time, and what are the odds that a rogue CIA operator (who allegedly was asked in the summer of -63 - by HL Hunts son - to kill JFK) had been an employee at that very same Klein's Sporting Goods in Chicago where Hidell allegedly bought his equally alleged Carcano from -  that that was just a coincidence?

I have seen no proof that Hemming actually worked at Klein's. Indeed, it appeared to me that Klein's was one of the Agency's "former employer" pools from which false employment trails could be created. I have not verified that this is the case, but it is a working hypothesis.
