I have lost much respect for Coach Knight for "endorsing" the racist Trump.

He is touring the Indiana state with the jerk.

I never thought IU was honest in dealing with Bob Knight, I know more than most about the events of the firing and bad jacketing of Coach Knight by the admin of IU.

They are and were as dishonest as Trump too.

Too few know that the student that provoked Coach Knight was the son of an English Prof that had opposed Bob Knight since he was hired from West Point in 74.

A vendetta is obvious if you know the realities involved.

I never had much respect for English majors anyway!

IU paid huge cost for firing Coach Knight. Hiring a crooked coach as replacement cost them. No firing Bob Knight and trying to replace his discipline didn't work out so well for IU.

The faculty knew not to hire Dan Dakich permanently as coach, he too is a straight shooter and could not have lasted in the atmosphere that took control of IU athletics. They hired the crooked Sampson as coach and were busted in a year by the NCAA. Smart move IU CHUMPS.

Tom Crean is trying to rebuild respect and integrity IU chose to discard as not "politically correct".

PC is bullshit and has done much to undo this nation's character.

I have always advocated people to ask the people that played for Bob Knight about his character. Not the failures that pussed out and quit IU, but the ones that didn't quit, he made DAMN SURE HIS PLAYERS GRADUATED. No one and done for his teams unlike the UK crap. Look into what Bob Knight forced IU to do for Landon Turner after he was paralyzed in a car wreck. Yes I said FORCED!!!

The generations that followed mine could not handle the self discipline and sacrifice and dedication required. "Don't You Know I'm Gonna Be a Millionaire Soon?" is the ail of the post Vietnam era student "athletes" attitude. They don't have to put up that bullshit, right?

They all should thank God Almighty they were not drafted in say 1968.

Without doubt Bob Knight, Johnny Wooden and Mike K @ DUKE are the best coaches ever picked up the whistle at the college level.

Bob Slick Leonard and the ABA Pacers fill the slot on the "Pro" level. I can never forget "Rajah Brown" RIP brother.

"Give the ball to Roger and clear out the side and let him do his thing"!!!! As Slick said.

Far better than King Mikey the punk selling 100 dollar shoes in the ghettos. Kids killing each other for shoes they can't afford to buy only steal.

I can't respect that. Besides I know a certain player or two that humiliated Mikey in the 1981 NCAA tournament. Dakich mostly but the whole team too.

I'm a homer, but with valid reason. Why did the NBA crooks INSIST the PACERS be broken up to merge the two leagues?

Because the Pacers of 73 would have cleaned all the NBA teams clocks one after the other and Boston would never allow that team to PROVE the point.

The Pacers were the ONLY ABA team broken into segments as condition of the merger's "expansion draft". Fact not bullshit.

It is FACT that Bob Knight BUILT THE ENTIRE IU ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT on the back of his winning traditions and never an NCAA violation clean program. Before the IU basketball revival the only bright spot was the 1968 Rose Bowl being smoked by OJ, yes that punk.

But Coach Knight man should never toured with Trump.

Politically I have no respect for the man now.

And that is sad to me.

I still know what kind of coach the man is, but....

Say it ain't so Coach....

Was the "racist" Donald Trump also endorsed by the African-American Dr. Ben Carson? Yes.

Was the "racist" Donald Trump also endorsed by the African-American author, Herman Cain? Yes.

How about African-American female contestant on The Apprentice (who Trump "fired") -- did she endorse him? Yes.

Or how about this guy?

Trump-Matters.jpg

And then there are the Latinos:

Krauze-Hispanic-Trump-Voter-1200.jpg

Here in San Diego where we live minutes from the Mexican border, the Hispanic population is mixed in its support of Trump. Many favor him because they followed the rules to enter the country legally and fear, rightfully, that even more illegal immigrants will continue to take their jobs due to the willingness and ability of undocumented illegal immigrants to work for much lower wages than legal immigrants and other American workers. The vast majority of employed Hispanics in San Diego County are legal. However, the majority of those legal immigrants who are seeking--but are unable to find work--suffer because they cannot compete with the illegals for the very limited number of jobs available.

I am not offering any type of endorsement here, but I do question the accuracy of your labeling him as a "racist."

IMO: The "race card," as it has been applied to Trump, falls clearly along "establishment" Political Party lines. If he was truly a racist, "party" would not matter to those he is allegedly prejudiced against. Indeed, he is even getting support from many Democrat African-Americans, as well!

He may not be "racist" but he damn sure is not another Andy Jackson.

First Repeater: He is not today's Andy Jackson.

Fascist without question. Only fear has given him any momentum.

6 bankrupt excursions screwing "customers and employees" is the history of the punk.

He will fuck the nation up beyond recovery if given the authority in this "time of declared emergency".

FEMA and the DoD await such authority as he will grant.

Tax breaks for those that have, ending social security and putting fascist pigs in abundance on our streets - the pattern is clear from statements made long before the "run for office".

This is my chosen means of judging all politicians - examine what they do and say BEFORE THEY DECIDE TO RUN FOR OFFICE!

Therefore it is easy for me to conclude the son-of-a-bitch is not only fascist but also quite racist!!! Simply another Elitist in sheep clothing for the moment.

It is paralleling Adolf Hitler's rise financed by the elite in the 20s and 30s. Siccing his "crowd" on dissenters ripped the cloak off the punk son-of-a-bitch.

By my view AWDulles is winning his victory even in death. Gehlen and he are laughing at the electorate from the grave.

If it is true someone should have killed Hitler in the 20s.......hold on to your hat folks. Here comes another round of oppression and "gun-control' attempts to disarm WeThePeople.

Today I must hope to avoid being caught flying my "unregistered" model aircraft, the frogs are already boiling away to death. Enough is goddamned enough already.

Threats of fines I could never pay...OK punk jail my ass you fucking fascists after you kiss my gyrene ass first. Semper Fidelis motherf...... I still refuse to comply with unjust law.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fascism I will not tolerate in my presence.

I will not stay in my homeland if it forgets who WeThePeople are and our history of rejecting the bullshit since 1775. Plans are already made.

Clear enough.

Like the ones that fled from Nazi Germany.

I do get to vote against the bastard next week. Me vote as a Republican !???!?!? Oh freaking My. I'll be dang!

A registered independent unless I've been removed from the voter rolls without my knowledge as the GOP has done before.... I do have 2 picture IDs as the punks in Indy voted to enact.

Clear enough? Oh yes and more.

After Nixon the GOP is worthless except for sending young men to war in abundance since 1964.
so soon too many forget the corruption of that party and the other one too for the sake of blood money - the blood of other peoples' children that is.

Wall Street and London greedily await the inauguration of another puppet like TRUMP AND WBU$H and OBAMA.

Go ahead have TRUMP try to fire me! What a laugh.

We got to keep the loonies on the right path? The far right like Goldwater.

I'll stand by my statement that TRUMP is racist and I'll add sexist.

Jim

I do respect Bob Knight as a coach but not a supposed and self proclaimed "student of history". Just another dope blinded by the right!

I would once have hoped for a valid choice on my ballot for once in my lifetime, just once before I go.....Trump or Hillery is no valid choice.

I choose anarchy in that case. Fuck the NSA and the surveillance state.

Armageddon = I'm a gettin' outta here, again voting with my feet. IF.....

Amazing that one can read so much into a caricature...if you get my drift.

FYI: Those legal and illegal Mexican immigrants who are protesting the possibility that the United States may adopt and/or enforce tough immigration policies fail to acknowledge that Mexico imposes even tougher penalties on US citizens who enter their country illegally than we ever have imposed on illegal Mexican immigrants!

Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony, punishable by up to two years in prison. Immigrants who are deported and attempt to re-enter can be imprisoned for 10 years. Visa violators can be sentenced to six-year terms. Mexicans who help illegal immigrants are considered criminals.

The law also says Mexico can deport foreigners who are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” violate Mexican law, are not “physically or mentally healthy” or lack the “necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents.

IOW: Mexican immigration laws are much more draconian than Arizona's immigration laws...by far.

Additionally, for those unfamiliar with Mexican law, Mexico operates under Napoleonic Rule, meaning: a suspect is assumed to be guilty unless and until he or she proves themselves innocent. Under their corrupt system that generally means you are guilty unless and until you pay money in bribes to the authorities who arrested you. Literally.

That the president of Mexico has criticized US immigration policy as being too strict indicates that the immigration inequality between the two countries is similar to the inequality created by the trade deficit. They expect it to be a one way street.

[As an aside, Jim, I know that you don't deal with this in Indiana, but we do here in California. It is difficult to watch hordes of protestors marching down our streets, accompanied by a police escort, while many of the protestors are carrying the Mexican flag. If they want to become American citizens, live in our land, and enjoy our benefits, then carry our flag or no flag at all. Carry the Mexican flag for Cinco de Mayo celebrations and the like. I am not opposed to cultural diversity and expressions of same, but it is offensive in the context of a protest. It resembles an invasion.]

I didn't know that.

Parents wintered in Mission TX and told me a bit but not the detail you provided.

Bribery and corrupted law I knew about ahead.

mid 1970s I considered becoming part of a Vets colony just over the border.

Contempt for my government's lies and contempt for my altered morality at the hands of that government's DoD (unrecognized consciously) was part of the issue

Dirty deeds done dirt cheap...

I love my nation's people but I despise my government for lying to us all.

I went to school instead and eliminated some bad things I was doing.

Thanks Greg.

Indiana only deals with "immigrants" read "field hands" transient with the crops of fruit tomatoes and etc.

Then they go.

Or did before the last decades' invasion. Neighborhoods self segregate in Indy.

Influx has been rapid and extensive.

Some think the invaders are really drug cartel's power move.

The news is either covering by barely reporting or over reporting crimes by folks of color.

Depending on you opinion since the city of Indy sets on those numbers for a year before public release

or to the best of my knowledge.

Street talk is of gangsters "coming down to Indy from Chicago". But that is bull for consumption of the gullible.

No need for that the crap is already here homegrown jerks abound.

I have always advocated immigration by the flipping process.

Legal immigration isn't good enough for them? OK then get the hell outta Dodge,

and stop forcing down our wages. Assholes.

I have more problem with the chumps that give "illegals" jobs than with the people seeking to get here.

I have much respect for "imported Americans" that under go the process and becomes naturalized citizens.

No respect for "illegals", but even less for the jackasses that hire the criminals.

The haters here (read KKK) promote the rage to the illegals, I just want the law enforced.

And 5 years mandatory sentences for each illegal employee for the management of firms raping us all,

would be a start, no jobs here for punks no illegal immigration.

NAFTA & CAFTA were supposed to "fix that shit" right?

Sure man.

Sure George the Wimp and Hillery and Bill and W and Barrack. Uh thanks?

Ross Perot called it right long ago. A giant sucking sound all going north in and south out.

No discrimination needs to be involved, only honest law enforcement and

a change to law placing the burden on the wealthy employers of criminals instead of our working class.

And yes carry My Flag and learn English as my forebears did refusing to do so is a contemptible statement of its' own.

English replacing Gaelic in my people's case.

Appreciate this nation, recognize a better way than where you came from for a start.

Mexico sucks if not GO HOME before this invasion is met by force of arms of vigilantes written large.

I sure hope it doesn't come to that but the idea is on the wind here. A "Perfect Storm" contrived?

Jim
