The value of the Unspeakable of Douglass is that it is a utile dramatic construct, a teaching aid, the holodeck on which we experience the miasma of malevolent power. [emphasis added]

A priceless observation, Phil.

Hi Phil,

I would point out that not only Katzenjammer was a lawyer but also the entire Warren Committing(BS) and the hired staff lawyers were prosecutors.  Here's hoping Spector finds no rest in the here beyond.

Another lawyer, Harold, was Liebeler.

Reading Lifton Best Evidence in 1997 I remarked to our friend from Army intelligence just after Korea then law professor and practicing attorney Liebeler was at least guilty of obstruction of justice.

"Oh, we know them.  They're very nice.  We had dinner with them," and later, "Kennedy was very dangerous, very dangerous."

I would find Liebeler pulling a sleazy trick on Sylvia Odio after CIA sent DFS to arrest and torture Sylvia Duran.

The bully pawn would take the oath in the wink of an eye but defending the Constitution was the last thing on his mind.

For the power behind the events it is always "just-us".

Hi Phil,

Yes another one of the little toy soldiers lined up in a row and pledging allegiance to the national security state.  Some of them were fine enough  actors for consideration of an Oscar.
